- Dark/black/blackstrap rum — 30 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 30 ml
- Peach (fresh & ripe - skinned & diced) — 1 whole

- Blend all ingredients in a blender with ice.
- Pour into an old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with a peach slice and cherry.
