- Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum — 50 ml
- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 15 ml
- Giffard Grenadine syrup — 10 ml
- Antésite anise — 7 drop
- Old-fashioned / old time bitters — 7 drop

- MUDDLE 1 gram of cinnamon in the base of glass.
- Add rum and leave to infuse for 3 minutes.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
