- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 45 ml
- Orange marmalade — 2 spoon
- Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine) — 15 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml

- RINSE chilled glass with absinthe.
- STIR marmalade with rum in base of shaker until dissolved.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into absinthe-rinsed glass.
