• Baileys irish cream — 20 ml
• Grand Marnier — 20 ml

Ako to urobiť

1. Slowly pour each liqueur into a chilled pousse-café glass in the order given.
2. Layer ingredients one at a time starting with Kahlua, followed by Bailey's Irish Cream and top with Grand Marnier.
3. Flame the Grand Marnier, serve while the flame is still on, accompanied with a straw on side plate.
4. Ignite Grand Marnier and serve with a straw.
