A classic cocktail with rye whiskey and absinthe.

Sastāvdaļas

• Taisnais rye whiskey (100 proof / 50% alc./vol.) — 60 ml
• cukura kubs — 1 whole
• Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
• Absinthe verte — 2.5 ml
• Citronu miziņa — 1 twist

Kā to pagatavot

1. Rinse pre-cooled old fashioned glass with absinthe.
2. Soak sugar cube with bitters in a mixing glass, muddle thoroughly and then add rye whiskey.
3. Fill up mixing glass with ice and stir until cold.
4. Discard excess absinthe and strain into the old fashioned glass.
5. Twist lemon peel over drink and discard peel.
