- Milk — 2 pcs
- Chocolate — 120g chopped bittersweet or semi-sweet
- Orange peel — 3 pcs 2-inch strips
- Espresso — 0.5 tsp instant
- Nutmeg — 0.125 tsp ground
Kā to pagatavot
- Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a heavy medium saucepan.
- Step 2: Stir over low heat until chocolate melts.
- Step 3: Increase heat and bring just to a boil, stirring often.
- Step 4: Remove from heat and whisk until frothy.
- Step 5: Return to heat and bring to boil again.
- Step 6: Remove from heat, whisk until frothy.
- Step 7: Repeat heating and whisking once again.
- Step 8: Discard orange peel.
