- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 5 fresh
- Ketel One Vodka — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Brut Champagne — 30 ml
만드는 법
- MUDDLE strawberries in shaker.
- Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- TOP with champagne.
