A light and refreshing margarita with lime.

- Manzanilla sherry — 45 ml
- Blanco tequila (100% agave) — 22.5 ml
- Combier L'Original Triple Sec Liqueur — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Agave Syrup — 1 spoon
- Salt — 1 pinch

- Put all the ingredients in a shaking tin, add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
