Devil's Horn
A spicy cocktail with rum and raspberries.

- 잔: Martini glass

- 가니시: Two chillies on rim to form devil's horns
- ABV: 14%
재료
- Red jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded & chopped (fine sliced) — 1 slice
- Raspberries (fresh) — 3 fresh
- Havana Club 7yo rum — 60 ml
- Cranberry juice (sweetened) — 22.5 ml
- Honey sugar syrup — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
만드는 법
- Lightly MUDDLE chilli pepper in base of shaker to release its flavour.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with two chillies on rim to form devil's horns.
