Citrus Gin Sour
A cocktail with gin and citrus notes.

- Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin — 60 ml
- Grapefruit sugar syrup (2:1) — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
만드는 법
- Add all ingredients into shaker and dry shake.
- Add ice and mix until chilled.
- Double strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated citrus wheel.
