- Bicchiere: Bicchiere da vino
- Ghiaccio: con ghiaccio
- Guarnizione: Lampone, fetta di mela e fiore commestibile
- Gradazione: 13%
Ingredienti
- Caorunn Gin — 50 ml
- Succo di mela — 25 ml
- Aquafaba (acqua di ceci) — 20 ml
- *Ingrediente speciale #1 (vedi sopra) — 30 ml
- Brut Champagne — 25 ml
Preparazione
- SHAKE i primi 4 ingredienti con ghiaccio e strain di nuovo nel shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (senza ghiaccio) e fine strain in un bicchiere riempito di ghiaccio.
- TOP con vino frizzante.
