Ingredienti
- Succo di lime (spremuto fresco) — 30 ml
- Sciroppo di zucchero (65.0°brix, 2 zucchero a 1 acqua ricco sciroppo) — 15 ml
- Lime (fresco) — 1 grated zest of
- Gin — 60 ml
- Orange Bitters di Angostura — 4 dash
Preparazione
- SHAKE tutti gli ingredienti con ghiaccio e filtra in un bicchiere pieno di ghiaccio tritato.
- CHURN (mescola) e aggiungi altro ghiaccio fino a riempire il bicchiere.
