• Bicchiere: Highball glass
• Ghiaccio: Servito con due cubetti di ghiaccio.
• Guarnizione: Nessuna guarnizione richiesta.
• Gradazione: 17%

Ingredienti

• Light rum — 30 ml
• Port — 30 ml
• Lemon — Juice of 1/2 pcs
• Powdered sugar — 1 tsp
• Egg White — 1 pcs
• Carbonated water

Preparazione

1. Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice in a shaker.
2. Strain the mixture into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
3. Fill the glass with carbonated water.
4. Gently stir and serve.
