An elegant cocktail based on Scotch and sherry.

• ABV: 15%

Sastojci

• Blended/vatted Scotch malt whisky — 30 ml
• Oloroso sherry — 30 ml
• Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 30 ml
• Orange Bitters by Angostura — 1 dash
• Chilled water (omit if using wet ice) — 15 ml

Kako to napraviti

1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into ice-filled glass.
3. Preferably over a chunk of block ice.
