• Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 22.5 ml
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Ginger sugar syrup — 1 spoon
• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 1 spoon

2. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
