- Caorunn Gin — 50 ml
- Apple juice — 25 ml
- Aquafaba (chickpea water) — 20 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 30 ml
- Brut Champagne — 25 ml

- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with sparkling wine.
