A cocktail with tequila and raspberry liqueur.

- Reposado tequila (100% agave) — 60 ml
- Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) — 15 ml
- Blackcurrant jam (preserve) — 22.5 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
- Egg White — 15 ml

- Dry shake then wet shake.
- Fine strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with raspberries & a twist of orange zest.
