- Ketel One Citroen Vodka — 20 ml
- Chili pepper sugar syrup — 7.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 2.5 ml
- Brut Champagne — Top up with

- MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
- Add next three ingredients (all but champagne).
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- TOP with champagne.
