The Delicious Sour
A refreshing cocktail with apple brandy and peach liqueur.

- ABV: 15%

- Avallen Calvados — 40 ml
- Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 2.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 15 ml

- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
