- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 1 dash
- Salt — 1 pinch
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
