- Gin — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Le Sirop de Monin Ginger Sugar Syrup — 10 ml
- Tonic water — Top up with

- CRUSH a slice of green apple into a shaker.
- Add the Aperitivo Rosato, London Gin Dry, Ginger Syrup and lime juice.
- SHAKE until combined.
- Pour into a wine glass and add the tonic water.
- Garnish with two slices of green apple and mint leaves.
