Rodrigo's Margarita on-the-rocks (Difford's recipe)
A classic margarita with tequila and lime.

- Triple sec liqueur (40%) — 22.5 ml
- Salt — 1⁄2 pinch
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Orange Bitters by Angostura — 4 drop
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
