- Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac — 45 ml
- Vermouth di Torino — 15 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 30 ml
- Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries — 1 spoon

- MUDDLE cherries in base of shaker.
- Add sage leaves and lightly bruise with the muddler.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
