- Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 50 ml
- Ricard Pastis — 10 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 25 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 12.5 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash

- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
