A light and refreshing cocktail with soda.

- Rutte Dry Gin — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 45 ml
- Passion fruit syrup — 15 ml
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — Top up with

- Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh into shaker.
- Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.
