- Bourbon whiskey — 45 ml
- Fernet liqueur — 15 ml
- Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) — 22.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
- Ginger juice — 1 dash

- Build all ingredients in your shaker tin, add a few cubes of ice then give a light shake.
- Dirty dump everything into a Collins glass.
- Top with pebble ice.
