A refreshing cocktail with cucumber and mint.

- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Mint leaves — 6 fresh
- Cucumber (fresh) — 6 slice
- Soda (club soda) water — Top up with

- MUDDLE cucumber in your glass.
- ADD the first four ingredients into the glass and FILL two-thirds with ice.
- CHURN with bar spoon and then add more ice and STIR.
- TOP with soda, then STIR and serve.
