Old-fashioned Negroni
A classic cocktail with gin and vermouth.

- गार्निश: 2 oyster leaf and 3 olives stuffed with anchovies
- ABV: 25%

- Gin — 60 ml
- Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth — 10 ml
- Campari Bitter liqueur — 10 ml
- Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) — 2 dash

- Pour the red vermouth, the Campari bitter, and the 2 dashes of gentian liqueur in the glass and add the ice.
- Pour 3cl of gin and stir for about 20 seconds.
- Pour another 3cl of gin and finish stirring the cocktail.
