- Apple juice — 30 ml
- Thomas Henry Ginger Ale — Top up with

- STIR honey with absinthe in base of shaker until honey dissolves.
- Add apple juice, SHAKE with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with ginger ale and stir.
