A cocktail with Campari and strawberry puree.

- Campari Bitter liqueur — 40 ml
- Passoã liqueur — 20 ml
- Strawberry puree — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 25 ml

- Use all ingredients at shaker.
- Hard shake for about 15 seconds.
- Double strain into wine glass with ice.
