An elegant cocktail with mezcal and raspberry.

- Mezcal — 45 ml
- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 20 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup — 30 ml
- Aquafaba (chickpea water) — 45 ml

- Pour all ingredients in a shaker.
- Shake dry first, then add plenty of ice and shake well.
- Strain into a flute glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
