A refreshing cocktail with a floral lavender aroma.

- Beefeater London Dry Gin — 30 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Agave Syrup — 15 ml
- Tonic water — 60 ml
- Giffard Lavender Syrup — 15 ml

- In a rocks glass, stir the tonic with the gin, lime juice, agave and 1/2 ounce of the lavender infusion.
- Fill the glass with ice.
