- Ketel One Vodka — 37.5 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Prosecco sparkling wine — Top up with

- Cut kiwi in half, scoop out flesh into base of shaker and MUDDLE.
- Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- TOP with prosecco.
