Kaitlyn's Grapefruit Julep
A refreshing cocktail with honey and grapefruit.

- Honey — 1 spoon
- Mint leaves — 4 fresh
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 22.5 ml
- Grenadine/pomegranate syrup (2:1) — 15 ml
- Edinburgh Gin — 60 ml

- STIR honey with gin in base of shaker until honey dissolves.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
