A tropical cocktail with Jägermeister and pineapple.

- Jägermeister — 50 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Giffard Coconut Syrup (Sirop Noix de Coco) — 30 ml
- Single cream / half-and-half — 40 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 20 ml

- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
- Shake well to combine.
- Fine strain over crushed ice in a chilled Collins glass.
