- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water — Top up with

- SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with tonic water, stir and serve with straws.
