A cocktail with bourbon and pineapple, garnished with cinnamon.

- Bourbon whiskey — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Pineapple (fresh) — 30 ml
- John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur — 15 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with 1/2 oz. pebble ice.
- Shake to briefly chill and dilute.
- Strain into a chilled glass filled with pebble ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick and mint sprig.
