A refreshing cocktail with Irish whiskey and basil.

- Ginger sugar syrup — 1 dash
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water — Top up with
- Basil leaves — 3 leaf
- Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey — 30 ml

- Add whiskey, basil leaves, ginger syrup and lime juice with ice in shaker.
- Shake until shaker is icy on outside.
- Strain over ice in glass.
- Top up with tonic water.
