A refreshing cocktail with gin and homemade sage syrup.

- Caorunn Gin — 60 ml
- Apple juice — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 15 ml
- Mediterranean tonic water — 60 ml

- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
- TOP with tonic.
- Garnish with edible flower.
