Golden Road
A cocktail with gin and honey.

- ABV: 19%

- Ungava Gin — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Orange bitters — 4 dash
- Lime bitters — 2 dash
- Egg White — 1 fresh
- Maraschino cherries — 1 whole

- If using egg white, combine all ingredients except the cherry in a shaker, and dry-shake for at least 10 seconds.
- Add ice, and shake again until well-chilled.
- Strain into a double-rocks glass with ice, and garnish.
