- Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup (Sirop Sucre de Canne) — 5 ml
- Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 1 whole
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml

- In the mixing tin, add your diced strawberries, your 4 lime wedges - squeezed and dropped - and sugar.
- Muddle then add your Auchentoshan and Apple Sourz.
- Shake with ice for between 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
