- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 10 ml
- Pasteurised egg white — 15 ml

- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
