French Tart
A refreshing cocktail with grapefruit and elderflower.

- गार्निश: Rosemary sprig & Grapefruit slice
- ABV: 10%

- . St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 30 ml
- Vodka — 60 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 60 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 7.5 ml
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 7.5 ml
- Rosemary sprig — 1 sprig
- Soda (club soda) water — 120 ml
इसे कैसे बनाएं
- Add a small sprig of rosemary and simple syrup to a shaker.
- Lightly muddle until fragrant.
- Add ice, vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice & elderflower liqueur.
- Shake and strain into glass over ice.
- Top off with soda water and add garnish.
