A refreshing cocktail with mint and gin.

- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 22.5 ml
- Chilled water — 75 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml

- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
