Figgy Thyme
A refreshing cocktail with notes of fig and thyme, perfect for winter celebrations.

- Honey — 5 ml
- Figs — 3 pcs
- Thyme — 1 sprig
- Bitters — 2 dashes
- Tonic water — Top off

- In a lewis bag, crush the ice.
- Pour the ice into a highball glass.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the figs and thyme.
- Add honey vodka and lemon juice.
- Add a large ice cube.
- Shake until well chilled and strain into the glass.
- Add tonic water and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
