A refreshing cocktail with tequila and pineapple.

- Blanco tequila (100% agave) — 60 ml
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 22.5 ml
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 45 ml
- Grapefruit juice (white/yellow) — 15 ml
- Blood orange liqueur — 15 ml

- Shake all ingredients with ice for 12-15 seconds.
- Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a thin slice of pineapple & a couple of mint sprigs.
