Cynar Julep
A cocktail with mint and Cynar.

- Cynar 70 Proof — 45 ml
- Grapefruit juice (pink) — 30 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Lemon-lime soda (Sprite/7-Up) — Top up with

- Muddle mint leaves in the base of the shaker.
- Add the other ingredients except lime soda.
- Shake with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice.
- Top up with soda.
