A cocktail with bourbon and cranberry juice.

- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 2 dash
- Ginger Beer — Top up with
- Cranberry juice (sweetened) — 30 ml
- Cranberries (fresh) — 3 whole

- Add next 5 ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- TOP with ginger beer.
