A cocktail with blueberries and gin.

- Italian red bitter liqueur — 30 ml
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 20 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
- Blueberries (fresh) — 8 whole

- MUDDLE blueberries in base of shake.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
- Best served on a block of ice.
