- Ketel One Vodka — 15 ml
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
- Brut Champagne — 15 ml

- MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
- Add vodka, lime and sugar, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass.
- TOP with champagne.
